A Life Filled With Purpose and Moments of Joy

Senior with Dementia enjoying time with adult children

When it comes to daily living, our Inspired Connections™ program aims to create moments of joy and purpose from the moment our residents have their first cup of coffee in the morning until they are tucked safely in bed in the evening. We’re passionate about getting to know our resident’s interests, history, and preferences so that we can tailor activities and other programming to encourage engagement and help foster a true sense of belonging in the community each day.

Our culinary staff is also trained to recognize the unique nutritional challenges that come with dementia. Each resident’s meals are made from scratch and personalized according to his or her preferences and specific dietary needs with additional attention to daily hydration. Special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries and festive holiday experiences are also highlights of the dining experience at Autumn Leaves of Georgetown. As a family member of a resident, you are always invited to attend these special occasions.
