Annel Quezada
Executive Director
What I love most about working at Autumn Leaves of Georgetown as an Executive Director is the ability to lead a team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day. Watching staff come together to provide compassionate care, create joyful moments, and build trusting relationships with residents and families is incredibly rewarding. I take pride in fostering a positive culture, supporting my teams growth, and ensuring our community feels like home for everyone who lives, works, and visits here.
Ebru Karaer
Director of Sales and Marketing
Ebru Karaer is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Autumn Leaves, where she guides families through the deeply personal transition of finding the right home for their loved ones with compassion and expertise. With a background in healthcare and senior living, she is passionate about supporting families during life’s most meaningful moments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and began her career in Montana, where she spent four years serving seniors, including in memory care. Ebru has since returned home to Georgetown, Texas, where she is honored to support families at Autumn Leaves with warmth and professionalism.

Dr. Philip Woodall
Our Physician
Dr. Woodall is an Osteopathic Physician, D.O., and has been board certified in Family Practice since 1989. He obtained a second board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine in 2013. Dr. Woodall has also been appointed as Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
Dr. Woodall has ministered exclusively to the needs of elderly and disabled patients and families in central Texas since 2003. He provides excellent primary medical care, as well as expertise in the coordination of specialized health care and related services. Dr. Woodall serves as the Medical Director for a select few hospice and home health agencies.
As an Osteopathic Physician, D.O., Dr. Woodall is fully licensed and has received the same training as a traditional Medical Doctor, M.D., but received further training in anatomy, stress management, nutrition, manipulation, and holistic philosophy. Personally, Dr. Woodall is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. He resides in Round Rock with his wife, Courtney, and their six children.
