Jeannette was born in Orange Grove, Texas in 1926. She spent a year in London but has lived in Texas most of her life. She received an Education Degree from University of Texas and University of Houston and became a German and English teacher for Westchester/Stratford High School for Spring Branch Independent School District. She also taught at the community college.
She was a very busy single parent who worked long hours throughout her life, but she also has a great love of art, music, reading, and discussing politics. While doing all of this, she still found time to volunteer her time for the church and sing in the choir, usher at Alley Theater, and serve as a docent for the Museum of Fine Arts. Jeannette is an amazing woman who dedicated her life to the betterment of our future generations.
