Joan Saigh is the Director of Health Care at Autumn Leaves of Gurnee, and someone who always puts the needs of others before her own. Days off? Joan doesn’t know the meaning of the term. Joan believes that a nurse’s job is never done. At a moment’s notice, Joan will be there to serve her residents with dedication and compassion – even in the middle of the night. If a resident requires assistance, for any reason, Joan will make sure that he or she is taken care of.
