Dana is not only a spectacular nurse, but she also has an extraordinary heart. Dana is extremely passionate about providing great care to our residents. The best part is that I am able to watch her in action, coaching and training the staff. Dana is able to put our residents and their families at ease, while also helping them to make the transition from home care to Autumn Leaves.
One family in particular was unable to visit their mother at our Arlington Heights community when she first moved in. Dana understood that the situation was hard on the family, so she stepped in to bring Autumn Leaves to them, sending them videos, pictures, and even went the distance to meet the family at their local McDonald’s.
It’s a true pleasure watching Dana work, and we are all lucky to have her. Thank you, Dana, for your skill and compassion!
