We design and build Autumn Leaves communities to deliver maximum safety, comfort, and relaxation for your loved one. Every community is based on the same blueprint. Every window, room, and hallway is specifically designed to lift our residents’ mood and attitude, giving them a safe and comfortable environment that feels like home.

Each Autumn Leaves community is designed for maximum contact between our staff and your loved one. Consequently, we place our administrative offices in the midst of our residents’ living spaces. We believe an open door policy makes our residents feel more at home. Our residents are always welcome to drop in and pay us a visit.

The central courtyard provides an outdoor focal point that can be seen from all sides of the living area. Enclosed side courtyards provide additional access to fresh air and sunshine for residents. It also keeps your loved one connected with what is going on outdoors to help promote normal day-night rhythm.

A Community Designed for Interaction and Socialization with Peers

Each Autumn Leaves living area is welcoming with plenty of comfortable seating that can easily accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Our library provides a wide array of books and magazines for enjoyment. And Jean’s Kitchen provides a therapeutic cooking space where residents are surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of home that stimulate nostalgic memories and new conversations.

Autumn Leaves offers a wide selection of private and companion suites. Our residents and families can decorate their rooms as they wish. You can even bring your own furnishings from home or, if you prefer, we would be happy to assist you in providing furnishings for your loved one’s home.*
