Each of our assisted living communities is staffed with community managers and nurses who are trained to specifically work with those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. We only care for individuals and families dealing with the issues of memory loss.

Our team understands more than the disease, they understand your loved one. Our staff gets to know each one of our dementia care residents on a personal basis. We learn their names, their history, their favorite foods, how they like their coffee, and their personal talents. This is memory care that is as individual as our residents.

Suites that are Welcoming

Autumn Leaves has a wide selection of private suites. Each suite comes with its own private restroom. Some are available with a private shower. Our residents can decorate their suites according to their wishes. You can even bring your own furnishings from home or we would be happy to provide some of our own furniture to you.
