Irma Update #9

As Irma moves out of Florida, our Estero team reports that both Autumn Leaves and Juniper Village residents are doing well and in good spirits this afternoon.

Landline phone and wifi service has been restored. Cellular service remains intermittent. The community is well stocked with food, water, medications, and other provisions to keep residents calm and comfortable.

Throughout the storm, the building never lost power, and experienced only minor water intrusion from blowing rains (not storm surge). A number of trees on the property have been damaged, and a fireplace vent was damaged by high winds. Otherwise the building remains dry and continues to provide safe haven for residents and staffs.

Please note that staff may not be immediately available to answer phone calls. Families seeking additional information may continue to email CustomerCare@AutumnLeaves.com, which is being monitored periodically by our corporate staff.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
