Strong Roots: This award is given to our Employee of the Year

The Family First Award winners are nominated by their fellow team members and display a positive attitude, commitment to coworkers, commitment to the care and safety of residents, and has a servant’s heart.

The Memories Matter Award winners are nominated by managers and are individuals who understand the disease of dementia, contribute daily to making positive memories for residents, families and staff, who create moments of joy, and treat all with dignity, respect and kindness.

The Strong Roots Award winner is nominated by a manager and provides an exceptional level of care and service, is capable, dependable, innovative, and respected, has excellent attendance, exudes exceptional enthusiasm for colleagues, residents, and family members, and is accountable with a servant heart.
