2016 Employee Recognition Awards

We recently recognized some employees throughout our company for the way they exemplify our values.  On December 30th, CEO Mitch Warren announced our the 2016 Employee of the Year, and winner of the Strong Roots Award, Wade Hobbs (click here to see Wade’s win!).  Congratulations to Wade for all of the great values he represents and the impact he has on so many of our employees, residents and their families!

In addition to the Strong Roots Award, 8 other employees were recognized based on nominations from their peers, managers, and approval of the Executive Leadership Team.  The awards were given in three different categories, representing our values.  The qualities represented by each award are:

The Family First Award - Displays daily commitment to coworkers.   Displays daily commitment to care and safety of residents. Brings positive attitude and energy that helps improve our work environment.  Accountability with a servant’s heart.

Memories Matter Award – Reflects commitment to our mission and profession by understanding the disease.  Contributes daily to making positive memories for residents, families, and staff and creating moments of joy.  Treats all with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Strong Roots Award – Provides exceptional level of care and service.  Capable, dependable, innovative, respected. Exceptional energy and enthusiasm for colleagues, residents, families.  Accountability with a servant’s heart.
