Most offer similar amenities and nearly all have a super energetic sales person to greet you as you walk in the door. Some differences are a bit more subtle, but they are present. Evaluating what works in dementia care comes with experience and occasional that gut feeling. With roughly 20 years in the senior care industry, we’ve found it often helps people to build themselves a checklist of things to look for, and even prioritize and rate people using a 1 to 5 scale.
